Electrolux is a well-known brand that has been supplying high-quality white goods for over 100 years.
Founded in Sweden in 1919, Electrolux has since then grown to be one of the world’s largest manufacturers of household appliances and white goods.
They decided to bring home their e-commerce direct-to-consumer aftermarket channel in EMEA from a previous outsourced solution. Scope, B2C aftermarket EMEA for the brands Electrolux, Zanussi and AEG in 19 countries in total 55 sites with +100k SKU's.
There was a hard deadline when the previous solution needed to be taken offline and it was obvious that it was far from optimal and demanded an extreme tight project.
Remit was selected as partner to implement and roll out the solution based on SAP Hybris on Prem.
For both Electrolux and Remit, given the hard deadline to deliver the solution in time. This including an EMEA roll out migrating all existing traffic to the new solution while maintaining search engine ranking.
A three stream project with tight cooperation with Electrolux with clear focus on go-live. The project achieved it’s objective. The actual rollout was done 6 different drops/Go-Lives with different markets.
