Our Swedish Customer is a product development company with a unique product offering in a growing market segment. As a leading provider of tools and solutions in the access control space focused around the XACML standard, they have the need to constantly develop and evolve their products.

Our Customer is looking to increase development bandwidth and flexibility by setting up a high skilled development team in Lviv, Ukraine.

As the Customer’s products are heavily focused on the Java platform, the following skills are very important:

- Deep knowledge of OO design and Java programming

- Very good English skills, both written and spoken (not lower than Upper-Intermediate)

- Possibility to travel to Stockholm, especially at the starting phase

In addition, there are also desirable skills that would make startup phase shorter:

- UML modeling

- Relational databases and SQL

- Git 

- Eclipse IDE 

- Ant and Ivy
