Based on your needs we create profiles of the members of your team.
2. We search and evaluate
Based on the profiles we search for candidates.The relevant candidates are screened in initial interviews. You are informed during the whole process and have access to candidate CV:s.
3. Final interviews
When we are down to 2-3 relevant candidates per profile you either come to Ukraine and take part of the final interviews or participate over the internet.
Start working
The setup process takes approximate 6 weeks from the beginning until you have your own team in place.
We continue to assist you with all practical things around having your team.
We have access to flats both in Stockholm and Lviv. So if you want to bring parts of your team up to Stockholm that can with ease be arranged. Same thing if you want to visit Lviv for shorter or longer periods of time.
We are always there for you and we are your people on site.
A hosted team is a cost effective alternative to hiring people in Sweden. We recruit and setup your team in our own premises in Lviv. All practical things are taken care of such as:
Business model. For each employee we charge a service fee and to that we add the direct cost for the salary of the employee. The service fee includes the above and more.
And we are also interested in high productivity of the employees.
